Professor Dr. Talaat
Professor Dr. Talaat holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry (Honors) from Cairo University, along with a Master’s and Ph.D. in Applied Chemistry. He has been a Professor of Applied Radiochemistry since 1982, with over 40 years of academic and research excellence.
He has supervised numerous postgraduate theses and participated in four international projects with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
In addition to his academic career, he is a highly experienced educational leader with extensive expertise in school management and institutional development. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Wiseness School since 2009 and West Valley Language School since 2023, leading both institutions with professionalism and strategic vision.
Mr. Osama ElNagy
Mr. Osama ElNagy is a visionary business leader and education advocate who founded Wisness School and West Valley School, driven by his belief that quality education is the foundation of sustainable development. He invested his expertise and leadership to build institutions that emphasize innovation, integrity, and high academic standards.
Under his direction, both schools are recognized for strong curricula, student-centered learning, and holistic development—Wisness School focusing on intellectual growth and critical thinking, and West Valley School on modern education and global perspectives.
Actively shaping their educational strategies, he ensures continued excellence in teaching and student achievement, leaving a lasting legacy by empowering future generations through transformative education.
Dr. Rana Osama ElNagy
Dr. Rana Osama ElNagy is a Co-Founder of the school and an accomplished academic in the field of business education. She currently serves as a Lecturer in the Business Administration Department at Cairo University. Dr. Rana Osama holds a PhD in Marketing from Hull University Business School, UK, and has also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Research Training from Hull University Business School.
Dr. Rana Osama has one and a half years of academic experience at Hull University Business School, where she contributed to teaching and academic activities as part of her academic career in the UK. In addition, she is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK), reflecting her dedication to high-quality teaching and learning.
She earned her Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration from Cairo University. Through her academic background, international experience, and leadership role as Co-Founder, Dr. Rana Osama plays a key role in shaping the school’s educational vision and academic standards.
Mrs. Gehan
Mrs. Gehan is a dedicated and visionary school principal with extensive experience in educational development. She is committed to academic excellence, student growth, and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment.
